Shipping policy

First and foremost please check your SPAM folder for a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number as well as other information regarding the fulfillment process.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We searched far and wide for the best supplier for products that would allow us to keep our prices low, while still maintaining quality. 

On average, your order will typically spend 2-4 days in production and packaging, 4-6 days for shipping to the destination country, and 3-5 days for domestic ground shipping. Overall, expect about 11-15 days from order placement to delivery.

Until your order arrives in the destination country, your order will have a status of pre-shipment or "USPS awaiting item." Depending on weekends and holidays, this may take up to 10 days. We understand this does not provide a lot of clarify on your order progress and we realize how frustrating that can be.  We are diligently working to grow our brand so we can stock a fulfillment center and reduce our production and shipping times, but until then we ask that you continue to be patient with us.  We thank you for your loyal support of Heat Wave!
