Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
It is our top priority that all customers are 100% satisfied when shopping Heat Wave. If your order doesn't come out looking and feeling great, please politely reach out to support@heatwavethreads.com for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns or exchanges for US domestic customers.

Unfortunately, due to high cost and being a new, small company, international orders will be charged a return/exchange fee based on country of purchase. Please reach out for more information.

Products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition to receive a refund or exchange.

Additional Policies:
If your order was lost during shipment, please contact us, and we will issue a replacement order.

If your tracking information states your order has been delivered, but it is nowhere to be found, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation and make sure you are satisfied with your order.

If the package is lost due to the input of a wrong address or name, then we advise contacting your local post office for additional support, as we will not be able to issue a refund (a fee will be charged for replacements).

If your order was sent to a previously owned address, then we advise contacting your local post office to request the package be forwarded to your new address.

If you refuse delivery of your order, a refund will not be provided.
